The Spark – 2021 It started with a simple observation. While working in the logistics and supply chain industry, our founder, Willie Glenn Thompson, saw a major gap in how mobility equipment was being handled. High-quality scooters and power chairs were often treated like cold pieces of freight rather than life-changing tools for independence.

We fell in love with the idea of merging top-tier logistics with a “person-first” approach to mobility.

The First Mile: Learning the Needs It took us months of researching manufacturers and testing different models to find the equipment we would be proud to provide. We didn’t want to just sell products; we wanted to provide solutions that were durable enough for daily life but comfortable enough for long-term use.
