1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
- All 50 states within the United States
- Canada (international shipping available)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees.
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday
- Handling Time: 1–3 business days
- Transit Time: 3–5 business days
- Estimated Delivery Time: 4–8 business days
3. Shipping Costs
- United States: Flat shipping fee of $[500 USD]
- Canada: Shipping costs for Canada calculated at checkout do not include local customs duties or VAT.
4. Shipping & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
For larger mobility equipment, a delivery appointment may be scheduled by the carrier.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- Damaged Items: Report within 7 days with photos
- Lost Shipments: Contact us if tracking has no update for 10 business days
